*Cancellation requests will ONLY be processed once a cancellation order has been received by the reservation department via reservations@vipattractions.com. Email subject line MUST state CANCELLATION REQUEST. Upon receipt of same, an acknowledgement email will be issued.
*A full refund of service fee will ONLY be facilitated for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. Service fee is non-refundable for cancellations received outside of this grace period.
*Customers are responsible for informing Club Mobay or Club Kingston of any changes made to original itinerary.
*We (Club Mobay or Club Kingston) reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
